Mount Elgon Guest House is a private guesthouse that is used as a training hotel for the catering department of Andersen Vocational Training Centre. The guesthouse has a restaurant, eight rooms and three tented camps. It is often used for the many guests for Mount Elgon Orchards or Mount Elgon Trust, events, meetings or trainings. In addition, the kitchen team cooks meals and celebration cakes for Mount Elgon Trust projects. This could be lunch for young mothers groups, or birthday cakes for the orphanage.
